I wanted to share some photos of my recent work, a mission-style futon and an entertainment center that I made for my wife.  They are both made using quarter-sawn white oak and finished with Minwax golden oak stain and Waterlox varnish.  Both projects are reproductions of designs in existing plans, though I made some design and size changes to both.
