Welcome
My name is Joe Stemple and I've been a woodworker for 30+ years. My work is a mix of reproductions and original designs. Some of my pieces are available for sale in my Etsy shop or (less frequently) at local arts & craft shows. I'm always grateful when others look at my work and take time to send me a note!
Purpose
My goal is to create furniture & home decor accessories that bring joy and satisfaction to people who value & appreciate the beauty of unique, handcrafted work. I aspire to continually improve my woodworking skills and stretch my capabilities in original design as well as more complex woodworking techniques.
Giving Back
Giving back and having a positive impact is important to me. All gross sales from Alchemy WoodShop are donated to non-profit organizations. This includes all of my expenses, including raw materials, supplies, shipping, taxes, etc. I'm grateful to be in a position to be able to pursue my passion while benefitting organizations in need of financial support.
